Reopening of the museum with an exhibition "Three cities: Polis, Paris, Yerevan. Tigran and Zabel Yesayan"


From November 15, the branch of the National Gallery of Armenia, the studio-museum of Gevorg Grigoryan (Giotto) will reopen.
It was founded after Giotto's death in 1977 at the initiative of Diana Ukleba, the artist's wife.
A new and modernized permanent exhibition in the museum, which was completely renovated this year, comprehensively presents the rich legacy of the Georgian-Armenian artist Gevorg Grigoryan (Giotto). Along with never-before-seen paintings, Giotto's graphic works are also being shown for the first time.
"Three cities: Polis, Paris, Yerevan" opens in parallel on the second floor of the museum. "Tigran and Zabel Yesayan" exhibition, which is dedicated to the life and activities of the artistic spouses, painter Tigran Yesayan and writer, public figure Zabel Yesayan.
