Located at 58 Abovyan
Street, the building was constructed by the Armenia Relief Committee (ARC) in
1927 with funds from Marie Noubar, daughter of Nubar Pasha Nubarian, a
three-time Prime Minister of Egypt, and sister of the renowned Armenian
businessman and philanthropist Boghos Nubar Pasha. The project's design was
developed abroad. This hospital was a gift to Yerevan from Marie Noubar.
The facade of the
building is inscribed with:

The building is two stories high and measures 36 × 22.5 meters.
