PAUL
Fresh and tasty French croissants, baguettes, appetizing snacks, and unique coffee.
Combining 130 years of tradition and innovation, the first Armenian café-restaurant of the famous French chain ''PAUL'' was opened in one of Yerevan's ancient buildings, bringing with it the best traditions and recipes formed over a century of history.
''PAUL'' combines architecture of the old Yerevan and the culture of a French bakery. There is also a restaurant next to the café, where delicious dishes of French cuisine are presented.
The goal, in addition to serving delicious food, is to introduce the Armenian visitor to completely new cuisine and approaches.
First opened in 1889 as a bakery, ''PAUL'' then became one of the leading chains in the café industry.
Yet, ''PAUL'' is not just a bakery, it carries a whole philosophy. Being a family business, it is based on traditions and values.
