PANOS SOLOMONYAN’S INCOME HOUSE

The house is located at 7 Arami Street.
It is a one-story building
with a rectangular plan and a double-row arrangement of rooms. The openings are
oriented to the northeast (street) and southwest (courtyard). On the same side,
a veranda stretches along the entire facade of the rear part. The building has
two entrances: on the left is a passage leading to the mansion's courtyard, on
the right is the main entrance, both are arched. The windows are arched and
vaulted. The upper part of the wall is emphasized by cornices. The structural
system consists of load-bearing stone walls with “midis” masonry. Cleanly hewn
tuff is used in the masonry of the main facade facing the street. The ceilings
are flat and wooden. The roof is sloped and covered with sheet stone.
The building has undergone
renovations.
