It is located at the corner of the Koryun and Heratsi streets. It is a two-story building with an humble façade, its dimensions are designed with the principles and elements of classical architecture (Doric columns, etc.). Here are conducted educational and research activities. For this purpose, the building is designed with classrooms, halls, cabinets and laboratories.
During the Yerevan flood in 1946, this part of the Heratsi Street was significantly damaged and rebuilt in the same year.
