The monument is located in the central park of the Nubarashen administrative district. It is erected on a high pedestal. It is made of basalt. It depicts a young soldier with a cloak on his shoulders, leaning on his sword with both hands. The look expresses the unbreakable will and majesty of a warrior ready to fight and die for his homeland. The pedestal is engraved with the years: 1941-1945.
