MUSEUMS AND GALLERIES
Charles Aznavour Museum
The world-famous French-Armenian singer, chansonnier, composer, poet, film actor, public figure Charles Aznavour is a unique figure in the world of music.
The creation of the “Aznavour” Center is
a major project, on which Charles Aznavour personally worked for the last two
years of his life. It is located on the upper part of the Cascade Hill.
Educational and cultural events are organized here: concerts, exhibitions,
conferences.
There is an interactive museum, the 10
halls of which present the most significant stages of Charles Aznavour’s life,
from family history to world recognition. The sections are presented through an
audio guide, accompanied by Aznavour’s voice, and various functional
opportunities are provided for creating and developing new songs.
The Aznavour Center also operates an
educational and cultural center focused on cinema, music, and French. French
language lessons are also held here, where, in parallel with the classical
teaching method, a new method of mastering French is used, with the help of the
lyrics and music of Aznavour's songs.
