The sculpture dedicated to the main
characters of Hovhannes Tumanyan's poem "Anush" (1890) is located in
the Tumanyan Children's Park (Tumo Park). The sculpture emphasizes the idea of love and unity between Saro and Anush. It is imbued with
lyricism. It was carved from a solid basalt fragment, it is 2.8 m high. The
author's name and the year of the sculpture are engraved below: LEVON
TOKMAJYAN, 1971.
