The monument to Tigran Petrosyan, the ninth world chess
champion (1963-1966, 1966-1969), international grandmaster, is located near the
Chess House named after him, in the Circular Park.
It is a bronze bust, placed on a granite, rectangular
pedestal.
The height of the monument is 3 m.
